The Task Management module is a core component of our enterprise management system, designed to streamline task delegation, execution, and evaluation across multiple teams and departments. Tasks can be categorized as either project-specific or part of general company operations. Each task is tagged accordingly, helping teams to organize and manage workloads more effectively.

Tasks within the system are assigned based on clearly defined roles. Managers, team leaders, or department heads can create tasks and delegate them to specific individuals or groups. Work Management

Following the submission of a task result, the assigner (typically a manager or supervisor) can review the work and decide to either approve the result, request revisions, or reject it with comments. The system provides real-time notifications whenever there are updates related to task assignments, deadline changes, result submissions, or approval decisions.
